Orvia provides creative services including branding, design, web development, and campaigns. The scope of work will be defined in project agreements.
Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required materials to ensure smooth project execution.
All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
Unless otherwise agreed, Orvia retains rights to creative concepts and designs until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client.
Projects include a set number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Orvia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice. Fees for completed work up to the termination date remain payable.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Orvia operates.
Orvia may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
